Primary Dissemination Conference

29 June 2009

Winchester

Working together teachers from primary schools across Hampshire and West Sussex have generated, trialled and published a wealth of practical resources and ideas to improve teaching and learning in primary Science. (Including; the Thinking Frames Approach, Levels Mountain, Primary Topic Overviews, Organic Displays etc).

Recently we made use of these approaches and resources to publish ‘Cams Hill Science Pathways’, a new flexible set of planning and teaching resources for KS3 Science available through Badger Publishing.  Our Primary Science Pathways Package is due to be published over the next few months.  To be held in Winchester, this Primary Dissemination Conference will not only give teachers a chance to attend their choice of teacher led workshops, but will share electronic copies of our curriculum planning Year 1-6 Science ‘Topic Overviews’ before they are published later this year.
