The generous support of both the Gatsby TEP and AstraZeneca Science Teaching Trust has enabled us to develop the Thinking Frame Approach to cover all age groups from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 5.
In order to be most effective in improving pupil engagement and attainment our Thinking Frames Approach requires teachers to adopt new pedagogies and approaches in their classrooms.

The Thinking Frames Approach works well when used with our Key Ideas Placemats which have been developed to help explain the key curriculum building concepts to children in KS1, KS2 and KS3. (See links on the left for KS3 examples). |
